• Payment: handled entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details
• Usage data: standard analytics and advertising cookies (e.g. Meta Pixel, Vercel Analytics) that help us understand traffic and improve the store

How we use it

• To process, pack, ship and deliver your orders
• To send order confirmations and delivery/tracking updates (email, SMS or WhatsApp)
• To respond when you contact us for support
• To measure and improve our website and advertising

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to fulfil your order: Razorpay (payment), Shiprocket and its courier partners (delivery — they receive your name, phone and address), and our website/database hosting providers. We never sell your personal information to anyone.

Data retention & your rights

Order records are retained for accounting and legal compliance. You can ask us anytime to access or delete the personal information we hold about you — chat with us on WhatsApp or DM us on Instagram @charmly.kits, and we'll do it within a reasonable time (subject to records we must keep by law).

Security

The website runs over HTTPS, payment is PCI-DSS compliant via Razorpay, and order data is stored in an access-controlled database. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable technical measures to protect your data.

Children

Our kits are loved by kids, but the website is intended for use by adults (18+) making purchases. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
