Welcome to Charmly! These terms apply when you browse or buy on charmlykits.in ("the website"), operated from Bengaluru, India. By placing an order you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Products & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
• Product photos are illustrative — hand-cast figurines can vary slightly in shape and shade; that's part of their handmade charm
• We may change prices, offers (like free shipping or free gifts) and product availability at any time; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay

Orders & payment

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We never see or store your card details
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment. If money is deducted but the order fails, the amount is auto-refunded by Razorpay per their timelines
• We may cancel and fully refund any order due to stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud
• For personalised kits, you are responsible for the spelling of names/letters submitted at checkout

Delivery, cancellations, returns & refunds

Delivery timelines and charges are in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations are free only before dispatch; replacements and refunds are available only for damaged, defective or wrong items with a mandatory unboxing video — the full rules are in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Safe use

Charmly kits contain small parts and craft paints. Recommended for ages 5+ with adult supervision for young children. Paints are for craft use on the supplied figurines — not for skin or food contact.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — the Charmly name, logo, product designs, photos and text — belongs to Charmly and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charmly's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
